Returns & Refunds
Yes, under conditions (read below).
Packages must be returned within 7 working days of delivery. Return packages received after this time frame may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact. All items must be returned in a resalable condition with your proof of purchase. Please do take care of it whilst it is in your possession. Tag and hygiene sticker must still be attached. Returns will not be accepted without the tag and hygiene sticker. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear.
Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and sent back to you. In addition, if received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 7-14 working days of approval. Please note, that the refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
Return and customs fees must be covered by the sender.
Please use the Returns Form included in the packaging to process your refund.
When ‘Returning’ you will need to package the item(s) and send at your cost. We recommend ensuring the parcel as we are not held responsible for any loss.
- Products that have had the tag(s) removed
- Products that have had hygienic sticker removed
- Products that are soiled
- Product is not in its original packaging
If you return a used or damaged item or an item with missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Final sale items or outlet items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.
