1What does warranty cover?
Warranty is provided only in rare cases where the product is faulty or damaged in the original packaging.
2What is NOT covered through warranty?
- Products over 1 month old from date of purchase
- General wear and tear
- If gems may fall off after 1 month of wear
- Discolouration or deterioration due to continuous saltwater and /or chlorine exposure
- Discount products
3How products must be when returned?
Products MUST BE CLEAN upon receipt.
4What if the product is not clean?
Soiled damages will be returned to owner as is.
